Tom and his team did a wonderful job on our kitchen. We needed a full remodel based on the age of the house and to make it functional. His team was very trustworthy, knowledgeable, took care to protect our hardwood floors and home throughout the process. Pitell installed quartz countertops for our kitchen remodel. We worked with Justin and his crew. Great folks! We selected the quartz we wanted and, when it was delivered to Pittel, we were able to see the slabs. The material was ordered early and Pittel held it until our kitchen was ready. Ours is a complex kitchen arrangement. Justin created detailed templates and cut the granite perfectly. The installation was top notch. The install technicians were professional and friendly. Excellent service start to finish. Highly recommended.

Tom and the team from All-Star Custom Kitchens recently completed a complete kitchen remodel for us. From start to finish Tom and the team were excellent. Our kitchen had some unusual design elements, and we wanted to change some of those elements. Tom worked with us to develop a plan that achieved everything we wanted in a kitchen.
Tom has a great team with All-Star and works with excellent vendors. One of those vendors was Alpine Cabinets. We visited the Alpine Cabinets workshop to help design the final layout. The folks at Alpine were great to work with, their cabinets are high quality and there is a wide range of features that can be incorporated into the cabinets and drawers.
I must mention one aspect of All-Star that I value greatly, Tom and team are always on time. They showed up at the agreed time and the work was completed when scheduled. Tom works with appliance stores and countertop vendors to ensure that products will be delivered and installed according to schedule. Project planning par excellence.
Demolishing and rebuilding the kitchen is disruptive. Tom and crew did everything possible to minimize that disruption. They took care to cover floors and clean up daily. They are flexible and accommodating. All-Star figured out how we could continue to use our old refrigerator while the renovation work was underway. That made life during renovation much easier.
In the end we have a beautiful kitchen thanks to Tom and the team at All-Star.

Best kitchen contractor you've never heard of!
From the start, Tom's likeable and trustworthy demeanor put my wife and me at ease. This was a big project and he listened to what we wanted, was honest enough to say what would and would not work and designed a kitchen that was perfect for us.
Every step of the project was communicated clearly with no surprise cost or time overruns. Tom and his team were courteous, respectful of our time and home and worked with an attention to detail that was truly remarkable, as if they were working on their own homes. The expertise of the subcontractors and the quality of their materials was outstanding. Overall, the renovation could not have gone more smoothly, and we are delighted to highly recommend Tom and his All-Star Custom Kitchens team to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen.

We have an old house from the early 1980's and all of our ancient appliances died in January 2023. We called Tom in among a number of other kitchen consultants as we needed to completely redo the kitchen at some point, so this seemed like a good time to look into it. We have never met a contractor who is as communicative and reachable as Tom. He was easy to talk to, listened to what we wanted, and was very collegiate with developing our vision. Just a fantastic experience compared to so many others we've had, including a number of other kitchen consults around this time. He was a very obvious "yes!" - the pricing was extremely fair, he was so open with communication, and the quality of work he showcased really felt like it was what we were looking for. We booked with him and he started on-time in mid-June 2023 and basically finished right on time in early August 2023 (there was a minor delay in ordering the countertops, which was not anything on Tom or his team). The time for the project was 6 weeks, and it was a very extensive overhaul that required redoing all the flooring on the first floor, knocking down a major wall, rerouting large amounts of plumbing through the entire first floor, massive readjustment of the electrical system to handle the changes...he said it was one of his largest renovations he's done, and we can't imagine anyone else having done it right. Even with all this work, he came in lower than every other quote we got (almost 3x lower than the highest one we were given!), and the value is unsurpassed. The kitchen is an absolute dream and he is still available if we have questions or need some clarification, and we have given his number and name out to at least a dozen other people looking for kitchen renos because were were so impressed. A number of other positives we have to say: he treats his employees very well (paid well, benefits, introduces them to the homeowners so we know who they are), he takes care for the rest of the house (putting up plastic sheets, communicating when the "bad" days will be for dust due to drywall), he will answer your questions directly any time you call him or text him, he's very upfront with any extra costs (we had several due to a couple changes we made working through the project and due to some things found in our old house - all very reasonably priced), he invites you to see his house and his kitchens he's worked on (with a large number of designs to go through - he's very personable and a joy to talk to), and we trusted him and his crew to be at our house when we were gone and to keep our cats from running out while they were working. We could keep going on here, but the combination of value, quality, and service from this team is beyond compare. The only negative is that he doesn't do bathroom renovations anymore - we absolutely would kill for him to do our master bathroom in a couple years, but alas, we will have to try to find someone else :).
